Neighbors are noisy and complain about you within the community.
But for the most part excellent staff and maintenance.

I have lived here for about 4 years now have to say there have been major improvements - mostly in the staff. My experience with maintenance prior to the new staff was the best, however now things seem to be a lot better. The office staff is friendly and kind and seems to make sure things are taken care of in a timely manner. I do not have any pets but there are a lot here - all friendly. The biggest perk for me is the attached garage - mine is very large.
